TORONTO—Mobile-commerce company 724 Solutions Inc. said it expects to report lower-than-expected revenues for the fourth quarter.
The company’s stock dropped more than 12 percent in trading following the news to about $2.15 per share.
724 Solutions said it expects to score between $5.6 million and $6 million for the quarter, lower than the previously expected $7 to $8 million. The company said its loss per share for the quarter will be between 23 cents and 25 cents.
The company said it will post its fourth-quarter earnings Jan. 24.
