SCARBOROUGH, Maine, United States—Gabriel Electronics is acquiring Endwave’s antenna business, the company said.
“This agreement meets our stated objective to divest this business segment in order to sharpen our focus on our core business as a supplier of high-frequency RF transceivers for the wireless telecommunications infrastructure markets,” said Ed Keible, chief executive officer of Endwave.
The assets include intellectual property related to microwave and millimeter wave antenna solutions, patents, patent applications, laboratory equipment and software systems.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
