WASHINGTON—Telecom regulator Conatel has postponed by 60 days the pre-qualification process for the concession of cellular and personal communications services (PCS) licenses in Honduras. The new deadline is expected to fall during the first week of April.
Six international companies have purchased the pre-qualification documents.
