SINGAPORE—The Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) is seeking comment on a possible change in charging methods between Singapore operators for calls from and to mobile and fixed-line customers. Regulator IDA would also like to gather views on the impact on wireless data service use if mobile party pay billing continues.
IDA also will conduct a consumer survey during the first quarter of the year to seek feedback on the proposed charging method for mobile-phone services.
All comments are due by 1 March, with a decision expected by the second quarter.
