Vodafone sells Atecs Mannesmann shares to Siemens

LONDON—Vodafone, a Vodafone Group subsidiary, exercised its option to sell to Siemens its 50-percent stake, minus 2 shares, in the Atecs Mannesmann engineering and automotive businesses for US$3.3 billion.
