INDIANAPOLIS—Fortune Diversified Industries Inc. (FDVI) has acquired the telecommunications unit of DicksonHughes Group (DHG), a move through which FDVI expects to add $3 million to $4 million to its annual revenue.
“By acquiring DHG, our wholly owned subsidiary, Cornerstone Wireless, will be able to cross market our current client base and offer more complete project management skills,” said Carter Fortune, chief executive officer of FDVI. “DHG is exactly the kind of company we are continuing to evaluate for future acquisitions.”
