PLEASANTON, California, United States—FunMail plans to introduce version 2.0 of the FunMail Wireless Messaging solution, which can process more than 100 animated messages per second, or more than 8 million per day, at the 3GSM show.
“This all new 2.0 version of FunMail now supports GSM and GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) networks, and is even faster and more reliable than the first version of FunMail,” said FunMail Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Adam Lavine. “It’s also more open, enabling third-party content developers to easily integrate content into FunMail, or create their own animated messaging systems.”
FunMail plans to demonstrate its new short message service (SMS) version of the solution and offer a sneak peek at its upcoming multimedia messaging service (MMS) system.
