BURR RIDGE, Ill.—Commnet Wireless said its company has been restructured into two separate corporate entities.
Commnet Supply L.L.C. will focus on wireless infrastructure distribution and Commnet Wireless Inc. will focus on building and operating rural cellular and personal communications services markets. Both companies will continue to be headquartered in Burr Ridge, Ill.
“The last two years have been an extremely exciting period of growth for Commnet Wireless,” explained Brian Schuchman, president and chief executive officer. “We have grown both our equipment and operations business to substantial entities that are significant players in their respective industry segments. We believe now is the perfect time to restructure the company into separate entities so we can better focus on the unique dynamics and market needs of our growing customer base.”
