TOKYO—NTT DoCoMo, the leading mobile carrier in Japan, listed on both the New York Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange simultaneously on 1 March.
NTT DoCoMo said the listings in New York and London will give investors more opportunities to invest in DoCoMo, increase the liquidity of the stock and give NTT DoCoMo more choices for raising funds. NTT DoCoMo did not issue any new shares at the time of listings.
NTT DoCoMo listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in October 1998.
