BERWYN, Pa.—Triton PCS Holdings Inc. said it reached a long-term roaming agreement incorporating all of its TDMA and GSM markets with Cingular Wireless.
The agreement, which established a minimum term through 2006 with annual renewals thereafter, replaces an existing roaming contract between the two carriers and is expected to position both companies to increase the amount of roaming traffic on each other’s network.
Financial terms of the agreement were not released.
