DALLAS—Ntelos Inc. launched Preferred Voice Inc.’s Voice Activated Dialing service on its wireless network serving portions of Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee and North Carolina.
Preferred Voice said it is currently providing the speech-driven services through its nationwide SS7/VoIP network to two of Ntelos’ switch locations and is on target to install and launch the remaining two switch locations by July 1.
