COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Mobilize Inc., which sold software for wireless access to corporate information, ceased operations and sold off its remaining assets, according to the company’s Web site.
Company officials were not immediately available for comment.
“We want to express our sincere appreciation to our employees, investors, customers and vendors for their support, hard work and patience despite the unfortunate outcome,” the company said on its Web site.
The company sold applications that allowed employees to access company information systems from outside the office.
A variety of other companies in the wireless enterprise space have either shut down or been acquired.
