IRVINE, Calif.-FieldCentrix announced it is now offering FX e-Service to allow customers of field service companies using FieldCentrix systems to request service and access work order status over the Internet.
“Field service companies using our FX Mobile product with wireless communications have constant awareness of the status of work in the field,” explained Judy Johnson, senior vice president of marketing. “Our customers have been asking to extend that capability tot heir clients . that’s what we are delivering with FX e-Service-complete work order status information, all the time, without any phone calls. This is a major competitive differentiator for our customers.”
The new service also includes e-mail notifications that can be sent to customers to inform them of work order status.
