CHELMSFORD, Mass.-WaterCove Networks and Ulticom Inc. have aligned to combine Ulticom’s signaling capabilities with WaterCove’s Mobile Data Services System.
According to the companies, the combination will offer carriers a way to protect their current-generation voice switching, services and billing equipment while they migrate to integrated voice and data networks.
