PALO ALTO, Calif.-Agilent Technologies Inc. said it has unveiled a new family of color and monochrome CMOS image sensors for detachable cameras for mobile phones and PDAs.
The company said the product works in identifying individual human characteristics such as fingerprints, surveillance and security, machine vision and bar-code scanners.
