RICHARDSON, Texas-Minorplanet Systems USA Inc., a fleet management solution provider, said it entered a wireless agent agreement with Cingular Wireless L.L.C.
“Until now, Minorplanet has been exclusively reselling cellular airtime to its customers. As a GSM wireless agent, the customer relationship is directly with the wireless carrier, and as a result, we can sharply focus on our core competencies,” said Jana Ahlfinger Bell, president and chief executive officer of Minorplanet.
The agreement will become effective immediately in the Minorplanet Los Angeles region, the company said.
