ST PETERSBURG-Paul Aiello has been made vice president of sales and marketing for Progress Telecom, provider of wholesale broadband services.
Aiello, with 20 years of telecommunications experience, joins from Williams Communications. He also has held positions at Intecom Inc., RCA Telephone Systems; HCI Technologies and NEC Telephones Inc.
