WILMINGTON, Del.-Bankrupt Devon Mobile Communications L.P. will sell 75 wireless communications towers to Mountain Union Telecom L.L.C., pending court approval.
Devon Mobile was forced to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in August, after Adelphia Communications Corp., which owns 49.9 percent of the company, terminated all funding to the company.
