BEACHWOOD, Ohio-Rural Cellular Corp. will use Grayson Wireless’ network-based Geometrix wireless 911 location system, according to an agreement between the companies.
Grayson said its system will be installed in markets selected by Rural Cellular in response to 911 public-safety agency requests for precise caller location information or 911 calls. Initial deployments are planned in Minnesota and Vermont.
