REDMOND, Wash.-AT&T Wireless said it will make Yahoo Messenger instant messaging service available to its text messaging and mMode users.
With the service, AT&T customers can send text messages between wireless devices and PCs as well as extend their online IM contact lists to their wireless phones. Yahoo users can also initiate instant messaging with AT&T customers, regardless of whether the wireless user has an existing Yahoo account.
