GLASTONBURY, Conn.-Site acquisition, development and construction services company Pinnacle Site Development Inc. has merged with Optasite Inc., a provider of network optimization, management and maintenance services, creating one company with expanded network development, network optimization and facilities management abilities.

The merged company, which will staff approximately 70 employees, will retain the Optasite Inc. name and be located in Hartford, Conn.
