NEW ORLEANS-The Baran Group Ltd. announced it has acquired o2wireless Solutions Inc., and the company will become a wholly owned subsidiary, called Baran Telecom, marking Baran’s entry into the U.S. market.
Baran, which has 1,500 employees and also has offices in England, Germany, the Netherlands and Thailand, has six professional divisions including communications, civil engineering, processing industries, semiconductors, consulting, and technology and services.
The new company will trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol BRAN.
