NORWOOD, Mass.-Sharp Corp. is using technology from Analog Devices, including its SoftFone GSM/GPRS wireless chipset and its LCD control and power management technologies, in Sharp’s new GX10 GSM/GPRS camera phone, the companies announced.
“This design-in demonstrates Analog Devices’ expertise in signal processing, in this case applied to advanced wireless devices,” said Vincent Roche, the company’s vice president of sales and marketing.
