NEW YORK-TCP Communications Inc. has received $10 million in equity commitments from private equity group Catalyst Investor L.P., which it plans to use to acquire and construct wireless communications towers in the Northeastern U.S.
“The investment by Catalyst will allow us to continue to focus on tower acquisition and development opportunities in the attractive Northeastern corridor, where increases in subscribers and minutes of use continue to drive carrier network investments,” said Paul McGinn, CEO of TCP.
