ST. LOUIS, Mo.-Billing, CRM and directory system solutions company Amdocs Ltd. will provide computer systems improvements and maintenance to SBC Services Inc., which publishes the SBC SMART Yellow Pages directory in 13 states, according to a recently signed, seven-year, multimillion dollar agreement.
Both Amdocs and SBC have strong ties to the wireless business, as Amdocs provides solutions to wireless companies worldwide and SBC owns 60 percent of Cingular Wireless.
