PARIS, France-Alcatel said it has signed an agreement to include Cramer’s operation support system for real-time, complete and accurate records of available network resources in its solutions.
“Alcatel’s OSS solution including the Cramer4 suite for inventory management enables service providers not only to substantially reduce service delivery lead-times and costs, but also to reduce the incidence of stranded assets and to provide a much more efficient response to faults in the network,” said Pierre Dubost, OSS marketing director of Alcatel’s integration and services activities.
