Cellular South licenses Edocs modules

JACKSON, Miss.-Cellular South has licensed and deployed the two modules of eaSuite from Edocs, Natick, Mass., into online customer care offerings to subscribers in its territory, which covers parts of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Mississippi and Tennessee.

“The Edocs applications give Cellular South a distinct competitive advantage by enabling a superior online self-service experience while dramatically reducing operating costs,” said Jim Moran, co-founder and executive vice president of the mobile operator.
