LONDON-LogicaCMG, which offers information technology services and wireless messaging products, said its merger and integration process is “progressing well and to plan.”
The company said performance for the combined business was in line with expectations and that margins have been maintained on lower revenues.
In the company’s wireless business, LogicaCMG said it has been working just ahead of breakeven for the past six months. The company said some orders were held due to the announcement of the merger but that it now counts Telecom Italia and Hutchison 3G as customers.
Logica and CMG, two of the wireless industry’s largest text messaging technology providers, announced their merger plans in November.
