HELSINKI, Finland-Kuwaiti operator Mobile Telecommunications Company (MTC) has selected a messaging system upgrade from Tecnomen under a 1 million euro contract (US$1.1 million). Tecnomen said it will deliver the latest version of its eZoner messaging platform in the first quarter of 2003.
