CARY, N.C.-UbiNetics has licensed its TM200 Test Mobile technology to Rohde & Schwarz, which provides test and measurement solutions to the wireless industry.
Rohde & Schwartz has integrated TM200 technology into its WCDMA Drive Test, which will allow its customers to field test 3G networks before commercially launching them.
“Utilizing UbiNetics’ technology, we can offer our customers an integrated test mobile system,” explained Johann Maier, product manager of coverage measurement systems at Rohde & Schwarz. “As well as ironing-out glitches with 3G networks, our customers are in a position to accelerate the launch of commercial services by undertaking full field trials.”
