S&P lowers Ntelos rating

NEW YORK-Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services lowered it corporate credit rating on rural telecommunications provider Ntelos Inc. from ‘SD’ to ‘D’ and lowered its secured bank loan rating from ‘CCC’ to ‘D’ following the company’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.
