BOTHELL, Wash.–LapLink Inc. has introduced version 2.0 of its LapLink Everywhere that includes the Free LapLink Secure VNC client for Windows to permit full remote access to desktop personal computers.
“Until now, simple and secure remote access to PCs protected by firewalls or to home DSL/Cable routers was either highly unsecured or incredibly expensive or required complicated firewall or router configuration,” said Mark Eppley, chief executive officer.
LapLink Everywhere is a mobile and remote Web access service that is independent of device and application.
