CHARLOTTE, N.C.-Don White has assumed the post of executive vice president and managing director of Quaero SpringBoard, the customer relationship management outsourcing division of Quaero.
Telecommunications customers of Quaero include Alltel Corp., TracFone Wireless, AT&T Corp and Sprint PCS.
“We are finding that there is a growing demand for outsourced services like Quaero SpringBoard, which enables easy, Web-based access to powerful database, campaign management and analytical marketing capabilities,” said Naras Eechambadi, founder and chief executive officer.
“I am delighted that Don White is joining Quaero’s distinguished leadership team.”
White formerly was a founder and chief marketing officer of Veridiem, an early-stage enterprise software company. He also has directed the relationship marketing and data technology businesses of Hill Holiday and has served as president of Clarion Direct Marketing.
