NEW YORK-Cingular Wireless L.L.C. appointed Scott Cecil vice president and general manager of the carrier’s New York region where he will oversee all wireless sales and operations for the greater New York area including New York City, Long Island, Westchester and New Jersey.
Cecil previously served as Cingular’s vice president and general manager in Indianapolis.
