TAMPA, Fla.-TSI Telecommunication Services Inc. said two regional wireless carriers will use the company’s technology to offer ring tones, graphics and other messaging services.
Montana Wireless Inc. d.b.a. Blackfoot Communications and 3 Rivers Wireless will use TSI’s Message Manager SMS service to offer the applications.
