GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.-Technology consultancy company Ciber Inc. announced it will acquire competitor AlphaNet Solutions for $29 million.
The acquisition of New Jersey-based AlphaNet will broaden Colorado-based Ciber’s East Coast presence and customer base.
