NEW YORK CITY-LocatioNet said it will supply a location-based services middleware platform and geographic information system (GIS) to Telcel, Mexico’s largest operator. Telcel will be the first mobile operator in Mexico to offer commercial location services, LocatioNet said.
The value of the contract was not disclosed.
