WASHINGTON-Mel V. Velarde, president and chief executive officer of Next Mobile Inc. in the Philippines, is scheduled to deliver the keynote address July 11 at the Wireless Communications Association trade show in Washington.
Velarde will speak about his company’s nationwide rollout of wireless broadband services beginning this summer.
