WOBURN, Mass.-Verizon Wireless acquired a wireless license and related network assets from Devon Mobile Communications for $635,000.
Verizon Wireless said the acquisition, which includes the Lebanon BTA covering 181,000 potential customers, will expand its network in Grafton and Sullivan counties, N.H., and the southern portion of Windsor County, Vt.
Verizon Wireless reported the acquisition would be completed late in the third quarter or early in the fourth quarter after receipt of required regulatory approvals.
