SAN JOSE, Calif.-Italian telecommunications provider Wind Telecomunicazioni SpA has completed the implementation of Amdocs’ ClarifyCRM at its three main customer care centers in Italy, providing Wind with a single view of all customer information to improve customer care and reduce costs.
