VANCOUVER, British Columbia-Infowave Software inked an agreement with T-Mobile International for Infowave’s wireless messaging product. The technology will be part of T-Mobile’s new Instant E-mail service for smart phones in the United Kingdom.
Infowave said its Symmetry product is compatible with Symbian-, Smartphone-, Pocket PC- and Palm-powered handhelds. The product offers a “push” e-mail functionality.
T-Mobile’s new service will allow its subscribers to have their personal e-mails delivered automatically to their mobile phones and works with the Sony Ericsson P800 and Nokia 7650 and 3650 smart phones.
