SUNNYVALE, Calif.-Texas Instruments Inc. said it has acquired Radia Communications, which specializes in radio frequency designs for 802.11-based products.
The value of the deal was not disclosed.
Both companies had jointly developed reference designs to combine 802.11b and 802.11g, as well as 802.11a/b/g products.
