SANTA CLARA, Calif.-Nvidia Corp., a visual processing solutions provider, completed its acquisition of MediaQ Inc., which provides graphics and multimedia technology for wireless devices.
MediaQ was founded in 1997 to enable the development of feature-rich mobile consumer devices by providing ultra-low power visual processing solutions, said the companies. MediaQ customers include Mitsubishi Corp., Siemens AG, DBTel, Dell Computer Corp., Hewlett-Packard Co., Palm Inc., Philips Electronics NV, Sharp Electronics Corp. and Sony Corp.
