BASKING RIDGE, N.J.-Avaya Inc. said it has entered into an agreement with Vista Information Technologies Inc. to acquire its software tools and service business units.
“These acquisitions will enhance Avaya Global Services delivery of end-to-end design, implementation and management services for converged, multi-vendor networks,” said Avaya.
