CARROLLTON, Texas-Robert Kaiser will serve as CellStar Corp.’s president and chief operating officer. Paul Samek will take over Kaiser’s previous role as chief financial officer.

CellStar provides logistics services to the wireless communications industry, with operations in the Asia-Pacific, North American and Latin American regions.
