AT&T Wireless offers best-deal program ahead of LNP

With around three weeks before the scheduled implementation of wireless local number portability, AT&T Wireless Services Inc. introduced its 90-Day Best Deal Promise program, allowing customers who sign up after Nov. 2 to change calling plans within 90 days of service activation if the company offers a better deal without penalty or a need for contract renewal.

“Our Best Deal Promise, which no other wireless company offers, lets consumers know that they don’t have to wait for a better deal to come along,” said Terry Madonia, senior vice president of marketing at AT&T Wireless.

The deal is only available on two-year contract rate plans and will be available for a limited time.
