LONDON-M-Systems said ARM’s latest hardware development platform known as RealView will support its memory and boot device called Mobile DiskOnChip.
“M-Systems’ DiskOnChip technology enables us to offer an optimized solution to our partners that is based on NAND flash, which is becoming increasingly more important in mobile architectures due to performance and capacity benefits,” said Mark Snook, product manager for RealView hardware platforms at ARM.
