WESTBOROUGH, Mass.-Paging and messaging carrier Arch Wireless Inc. said it expects to generate revenues between $460 million and $470 million for fiscal year 2004. The carrier said it expects operating expenses to be between $310 million and $320 million.
The carrier plans to announce its fourth-quarter results in March.
