FRESNO, Calif.-DPS Telecom and Tridium Inc. said it has entered a strategic alliance to allow their telecom customers integrate their building automation and network telemetry systems.
Both companies aim to work, within the networks of Bell companies, to integrate “virtually all smart devices” within their facilities into a single software infrastructure.
“The technology will also enable customers to utilize data from these disparate systems in real-time control strategies not previously feasible through conventional alarm systems,” said John Petze, chief executive officer at Tridium.
