ANNAPOLIS, Md.-TeleCommunication Systems Inc. said it has been awarded a patent for its “Prepaid Real-Time Web-Based Reporting” solution.
The solution allows prepaid wireless subscribers to obtain billing and usage information from the Internet in real time. The patent brings the total number of patents TCS holds to 11. “This patent recognizes the expertise and depth of technology knowledge TCS regularly brings to the wireless data marketplace,” said Maurice Tose, chairman, president and chief executive officer of TCS.
